Thoughts about me
The only downside of working with Chaz is she makes you feel horribly inadequate! Her energy and passion for every project creates a vortex, dragging everything and everyone into it - whether they want to or not! Charlotte develops ideas in ways traditionally-trained creatives cannot, bringing her projects to life using some of the most eloquent and persuasive copy I’ve ever seen.

Through my career, I’ve been extremely fortunate to work alongside exceptional communications professionals embodying everything good - drive, resilience, intelligence, ethics and a desire to make the industry and world a better place. I can say, without question or bias, Charlotte sits at the very top of that list, demonstrating they are core values of who she is and what she brings to any client. As a passionate driver of change, she holds leaders accountable - witnessing Charlotte do this to the founder of Snapchat, Evan Spiegel, will live long in my memory!
Danny Bass, CEO, Dentsu/formerly CEO, IPG Mediabrands
As a strategist, I pride myself on predicting the future – but there’s one I genuinely can’t predict, and that’s Charlotte’s. Everyone has one unicorn they come across in their careers that’s impossible to effectively describe or capture in words, you just know whatever they do in life they will find a way to become the best at it. Charlotte is that unicorn for me.

I once made a promise to Chaz that I could make a better panne cotta than her. But I’m still yet to submit my entry, probably because, deep down I know she would excel at that too. She is an exceptional talent and one not to be messed with, most probably not in the kitchen either.
Toby Pike, Director, Scoundrel
While fortunes have only allowed me to collaborate with Charlotte once, she was a key and invaluable part of that project. From her creative insights and guidance through to unhinged jokes on set, she brought the ideas and the vibes every single time. Can’t recommend wanting to repeat our very cold location shoot, can recommend wanting to repeat the rest of it with Charlotte as part of the creative team again.
Glenn Stewart, Director, Collider
Charlotte Berry. A creative like no other.
She can not only think of insights that others wouldn’t, she has the skill and tenacity to make her magical ideas a reality - following her creative mind, and more importantly her creative heart. A gem and personal friend.
Effie Kacopieros, CD, PlusAlso Studios
Charlotte’s writing comes with intellectual depth and strategic precision. Her thoughtful approach to a creative challenge goes beyond crafting sentences, she strategically engineers narratives that engage and leave a lasting impact.
Renata Barbosa, Head of Production, Innocean, formerly DDB
Conservation is hard, changing behaviours is harder. Charlotte continually blows us away with her creativity and strategic approach to very challenging projects, quickly unravelling scientific streams and remixing them to produce brilliant, game-changing campaigns. We consider her part of our team, proof you don’t need to work in conservation to be a conservationist.

She’s a force.
